Family Get Together

Some of our family met in Salt Lake on Sunday, June 21. A couple of families toured temple square and when the rest got there, we met at Chuck-A-Rama for a Father's Day dinner. We were going to go to the new movie on Temple Square, but opted instead to return to the hotel to visit and play games. We had a fun time playing SKUM with High School Musical 3 cards and UNO with Princess cards. The cousins had a great time bonding and then the next morning we headed for Lagoon, or Galoon if you asked Halle.

It was so fun to see the cousins interact with each other and enjoy one another.  Chad and his boys and Dave and his boys, plus Tanner went on a ride that took them way up in the air and then dropped them.  They were exhilarated as those of us on the ground looked on in fear.  They loved it and will talk about it forever.

We enjoyed our time together and wish more of our family could have come.  It was great having Chad's family here for a while, and we enjoyed them.  We have a lot of get-to-togethers, but they aren't close enough to come.
